It’s time for another liquid lipstick review! A vegan and cruelty-free cosmetic company called LipFanatic reached out to me to introduce their line of Matte Lip Paints. I was able to choose 5 of my favorite shades to try, and I have reviewed the formula and swatched the colors for all of you! Let’s begin the review!
The Formula
Official Description: Long lasting, liquid to matte lipstick. Smudge free and waterproof!
The formula of these matte lip paints is very pigmented and transfer-proof. After the swatches dried on my arm, I ran my finger over them and nothing came off. Now THAT is transfer-proof! I recommend applying two coats for a completely opaque look, especially with the shade, “Special” which is a burgundy hue. However, most burgundy liquid lipsticks require two coats because they tend to be patchier than other colors.
The Colors
The LipFanatic Matte Lip Paints are available in 9 colors: Chic, Special, Queenin’, Royalty, Dreamer, Fancy, Hustler, Bossy, & Mood. I feel like there is a color for everyone in this batch of shades, from the natural “Chic” and “Mood” to the edgier “Fancy” and “Hustler”.
Swatches
Of all the colors I was sent, my personal favorite is “Chic”.
