L’Oreal’s ‘Rendezvous’ is a bright tomato-red jelly-like nail color. The formula is a bit thicker and has an intense shine factor to it – resulting in a gel nail look (not complaining!) I found this nail polish much easier to work with than L’Oreal’s ‘How Romantic‘, as the formula wasn’t as runny and glided on much more smoothly.
This color immediately intrigued me when I was browsing through the L’Oreal shelf, and I’m sure you can see why. It’s such a rich tomato red that reminds me of Marilyn Monroe, the 1950’s, and old Hollywood glam. I couldn’t help myself from buying this shade, even though I have Essie’s Fifth Avenue & Hip Anema already in my collection.
One of the best features about this L’Oreal nail color is the wide set brush, as it makes for an easy application and better results due to less brush strokes. It starts out thin but widens towards the end.
