Milani’s Gilded Eyeshadow Sticks are some of the prettiest budget-friendly cream shadow sticks I’ve tried lately. These ultra-creamy retractable sticks can be smudged, blended, or precisely applied with up to 12-hour wear. Their creamy texture makes them especially easy to use on busy mornings.
The formula has a soft metallic finish with just enough sparkle to catch the light without looking chunky. They blend easily right after application but lock in place once set, so they work beautifully as both all-over lid shades and smoky liners.
