Upon my first visit to Skin Refine MedSpa in Sunnyvale, California, I was greeted the second I walked through the door with a warm and friendly introduction by the spa manager/director, Louise. I was also met with smiles from the rest of the staff that I came across in the waiting room, which to me is a very important part of the experience – especially on your first time! I began filling out my forms in the luxurious waiting room couches while Louise made sure she was there to help with any questions I had along the way.
