Review: Sally Hansen Camelflage Nail Polish

Sally Hansen Camelflage

Sally Hansen Camelflage
One of my favorite lines of nail polish is Sally Hansen’s Complete Salon Manicure. There is an unbelievable amount of shades and the applicator brushes are super easy to work with. I also really love the formula of these polishes, as they’re super pigmented and thicker than other brands.

The Color

The color of ‘Camelflage’ is not your standard “nude”. It’s definitely a fleshy tone, but with deep yellow undertones that make this color more unique than other muted nude shades.

The Formula

I found the formula of ‘Camelflage’ to be on the thicker side, which made it possible to get away with just one coat. I love polishes that are pigmented and thick enough to do this, because it saves a lot of time in the painting process! It will also last you longer if you’re applying 1 coat compared to two every time you use it.

Overall, I loved this shade and recommend it if you’re looking to branch out to more unique nude nail colors. I find it flattering on skin tones with more yellow undertones as it compliments this type of coloring more so than red or pink tones. The color also works great as a base if you’re looking to apply a glitter or other color over top.
